Monarch Investments’ project involves bringing the partially completed and derelict building back to life. The building consists of three levels of commercial space to totalling 2,100m² and three basement levels of car parking.
The works include a new façade, structural rectifications, fitout and services throughout.
Known previously as “The Graffitti Building”, 23 Ryde Road has been vacant for over nine years providing a blank canvas for graffiti artists. SBA Architects have incorporated elements of this street art to reflect the history of the building.
