A new 6,000m² industrial warehouse including 10,000m² of hardstand pavements, 1,000m² office over two floors, coolroom and freezer (-20°c).
Further complexity was added to the project in the form of an 800m² bridging slab, required to be constructed 6m below ground over a Sydney Water sewer main.
The construction of the warehouse was staged to accomodate the bridging slab approval and construction.
