The project sits at the back of an existing industrial complex and consists of 3 separate tenancies with offices and a warehouse space. The warehouse was upgraded as well as the infrastructure to the entire site, including an integrated fitout to the Glassons office and external landscape and paving upgrades. The project was accomplished whilst working with shared access to the site as 2 existing buildings were fully tenanted and working with staged access to accommodate different phases of the project. Additional accomplishments in this project include external hardstand which was poured in 7 different zoned stages in order to maintain access to the site for existing tenants, as well as additional acoustic treatment applied to the warehouse and office space due to the close proximity of the site to the airport and a need for a reduction in aircraft noise from entering the building.
