The 1B 1C project is located in the new Oakdale West Industrial Estate, Kemps Creek and consist of two separate warehouses with three tenancies and associated hardstand & carparking areas. A total of 12,000m2 of warehousing and 1,500m2 of office space was constructed on the three hectare site.
A high standard of finishes both internally and externally, was achieved with the bespoke architectural design, material selection and workmanship. The extensive landscaping complements the projects high quality finishes, setting a new standard in warehouse construction.
