The project features a 29,500m² warehouse, two dock offices, and a 1,000m² single-story office and a 40m super awning. Additionally, the site includes two on-site detention systems with a combined capacity of 1,700m³ and 2,600m² of boundary retaining walls, some reaching heights of up to 9m.
