Following the successful delivery of Building 1 at Calibre, Prime Constructions were awarded Building 2. The two facilities are located either side of the estate entry point. Calibre offers over 120,000m2 of flexible, premium grade warehousing and office space in a highly sought-after location at the junction of the M4/M7 motorways. Significant coordination with the tenant (Miele) was required to ensure that their specific requirements were met in the design and construction of their “Tech Space”.
