Prime Constructions have successfully completed the construction of DHL Supply Chain’s newest warehouse and distribution facility at Lot 4 of the Bringelly Road Business Hub. This temperature-controlled, pharmaceutical grade warehouse spans over 36,182m2 and comprises an internal mezzanine, cold chain facility and 19 recessed docks. There are three two-storey office structures that service the facility, each with sophisticated and contemporary design elements that complement the surrounding suburbs of Bringelly and Horningsea Park.
Located in the heart of South-West Sydney, the facility is located within close proximity of Leppington station and Carnes Hill Shopping Centre, making it accessible for staff and visitors. It is anticipated that over 200 staff will occupy the facility.
The DHL/ESR Development has been registered for a 5 Star, Green Star Rating certificate due to a vast range of sustainable design and construction practices that were implemented throughout the delivery.
