The fit-out of the IGA Supermarket (2,900m²) over two levels included retail trading areas, services, finishes and back of house facilities. The facilities included a food preparation area, cool room and freezer, loading docks and administration area. The fit-out was carried out within the heritage listed Festival Records building in Pyrmont.
