A 13,000m2 warehouse extension to an existing 10,000m2 warehouse with tenant in operation during construction.

The new works involves three new tenancies, one of which includes a 2,300m2 freezer at -27oc, all with two storey offices, external pavements, service infrastructure, service upgrades to the existing tenancy as well as 160m of continuous underpinning of existing warehouse in operation.
