A full refurbishment for the Mushroom Grou for their head office in Woolloomooloo. The project involved a complete demolition and strip back to shell, new structure joining two existing buildings together, new services, new passenger lift, new amenities and new high end industrial feel fitout.

The fitout included artist studios, external courtyard and performance area, bar, breakout areas, collaborative spacings, meeting rooms and offices.
