Prime Projects completed the refurbishment of 23 Ryde Road, Pymble for private developer, Monarch Investments. The project involved bringing the partially completed and derelict building back to life which consists of three levels of commercial space and three basement levels of car parking.

The works included a new facade, structural rectifications, new fitout and services throughout. The building was converted to a 2,100m² corporate office centre with 63 car spaces and named “23 on Ryde”.

Previously known as “The Graffiti Building”, 23 Ryde Road was vacant for over nine years and providing a blank canvas for graffiti artists. SBA Architects led the design of the refurbishment and incorporated elements of street art to reflect the history of the building.
