This conversion of the old convent building into a new adaptive space involved complex structural demolition works where load bearing walls were removed to open up the internal space. The refurbishment delivered general learning areas, new staff rooms, staff lounge and breakout space. The additions involved the construction of verandahs accessibility upgrade works with extensive external landscape works.

As access was tight a temporary access road and staging area was constructed. Excavation and new construction works ran in parallel with the temporary propping of the existing structure to permit demolition of load bearing walls.
