Prime Projects completed a new stand-alone 3,200m² warehouse for Charter Hall which also required extensive building modifications to accommodate the tenant, Cospak who supply packaging solutions to the wine, food and beverage and pharmaceutical industries. The project was constructed in the middle of an existing site that remained fully operational during the construction. Significant fire services upgrades were completed to the two existing buildings along with entire services upgrades.
Due to the live environment of the project, careful and detailed planning was required and coordination with all the stakeholders. As a result, staged works were completed out of hours to mitigate impact on the tenants and operations.
