The Bitzer project with Prime Projects and Fife Capital features 8,300 m² of warehouse and manufacturing space and 960 m² of office areas, designed to optimise functionality and sustainability. The facility includes a full roof solar panel allowance, a 15m deep cantilever awning for enhanced operational flexibility, heavy-duty concrete hardstand and container pavement for long-term durability as well as extensive use of precast panels, including a 416 m² boundary retaining wall up to 4m high. With 4,700 m³ of concrete poured with precision and 42,000 kg of reo fibres reinforcing the warehouse floor, this project showcases our commitment to delivering innovative, high-quality construction outcomes through meticulous craftsmanship and strong collaboration.
