Extension works at Nepean Hospital included the delivery 16 new dental surgeries.

The design and construct extension of the Cranebrook Community Health Centre was successfully completed and handed over 3 weeks ahead of schedule. The project included the refurbishment of the existing building to accommodate additional consulting rooms and meeting/group rooms, a new communications room, revamp of the external areas which included a new playground, perimeter fencing, pergola and new courtyard.

Construction of a purpose built psychiatric emergency care centre and new ambulance entry with connection to the existing emergency department. The project was carried out whilst maintaining full operation of their busy emergency department.

The complex refurbishment included the complete internal strip out and facade demolition of an existing two storey building and its subsequent conversion into a modern medical centre. The 2,000m² fit-out provides a high standard of finish and includes 18 consultation rooms, two reception areas, treatment rooms, pathology, physiotherapy, X-ray rooms, staff amenities, child play area and lift installation. In addition to the medical practice, the fitout also includes a pharmacy, café and a sweeping feature stair. The external facade was upgraded with new windows and composite cladding. The new entry includes landscaping and upgrading of the council footpaths, transforming the highly visible corner block into an appealing part of the streetscape.
