This 1,600m² new build included an integrated fitout for the TWU accommodating their administration facilities. The project, designed by Team 2 architects, also incorporated transport memorabilia including a V12 engine that was transformed into a reception desk and a coffee table base constructed out of a boat propeller.

Prime Projects NSW completed the refurbishment works, for Macquarie University International College (MUIC), to buildings e3a and e3b. Designed by Gardner Wetherill the reconfigured teaching spaces support MUIC’s specific teaching model. An International English Language Testing System (IELTS) facility will be housed in this building which will also include an Interactive Learning Centre aimed at improving student collaboration. In addition, a central student services hub combines formal student services and staff accommodation with informal gathering spaces for MUIC students. An upgrade to the courtyard provides additional break out zones for the students.

The refurbished Hyundai Showroom in Brookvale represents the 8th project delivered for Col Crawford Motors by the Prime Group. Since 1996, we have been involved in projects ranging from $1M to $15M in value for their BMW, Nissan, Honda, Hyundai and Kia brands. This latest project involved the partial demolition and rebuilding of the existing Hyundai dealership to bring the showroom in line with Hyundai’s corporate image requirements.

Prime Projects NSW completed the refurbishment of the Sydney HQ for George Weston Foods (GWF) in Macquarie Park. The commercial fitout includes new front of house facilities, café, break out areas and reconfiguration of work areas. A new opening was created to the test kitchen to allow the activities within to be viewed by clients, staff and trainees.

The new workplace achieved the client’s objectives of improved employee collaboration, an environment that reflected their brand values rather than a corporate feel and a strong connection between the test kitchen and staff.

For more than 30 years, Penrith Mazda Centre, a family owned business dealership has been selling and servicing new and used cars to customers all over the Sydney metropolitan area, country NSW and beyond.

The refurbishment and upgrade of the facility which was completed in an operational environment over two floors. The upgrade works included the service centre, workshop, parts storage and café with minimum disruption to day to day activities for staff and customers.

Prime Projects delivered a two-storey administration building for the Kimbriki Resources Recovery Centre. Kimbriki, owned by Northern Beaches and Mosman Councils processes up to 75% of all Northern Beaches waste. Kimbriki’s vision is to rethink, reduce, re-use and recycle, diverting as much as possible from landfill by recycling approximately 80% of the waste it processes. Recycled materials were also used in the fit-out of the new building

Extension works at Nepean Hospital included the delivery 16 new dental surgeries.

The National Art School occupies the grounds of the former Darlinghurst Jail, which is the oldest surviving large jail complex in Australia. Recent refurbishments of the National Art School Building 11 have breathed new life into this important historic building. The project has returned the building to its intended three stories, and now houses a metalwork/woodwork workshop, various project display areas, sculpture studios, many individual artist studios, a humidity-controlled area for archiving and storing the NAS Collection, a media lab and lecture room. The building also houses numerous meeting, administration and amenity areas.

The design and construct extension of the Cranebrook Community Health Centre was successfully completed and handed over 3 weeks ahead of schedule. The project included the refurbishment of the existing building to accommodate additional consulting rooms and meeting/group rooms, a new communications room, revamp of the external areas which included a new playground, perimeter fencing, pergola and new courtyard.

The Australian ALDI expansion has been impressive. Their presence has increased from their debut store in 2001 to over 500 stores throughout Australia. In this short time, ALDI have come to be one of the top 10 Australian retailers.
