			<p class="p2">A full refurbishment for the Mushroom Grou for their head office in Woolloomooloo. The project involved a complete demolition and strip back to shell, new structure joining two existing buildings together, new services, new passenger lift, new amenities and new high end industrial feel fitout.</p>
<p class="p3">The fitout included artist studios, external courtyard and performance area, bar, breakout areas, collaborative spacings, meeting rooms and offices.</p>

			<p>Prime Projects completed the refurbishment of 23 Ryde Road, Pymble for private developer, Monarch Investments. The project involved bringing the partially completed and derelict building back to life which consists of three levels of commercial space and three basement levels of car parking.</p>
<p>The works included a new facade, structural rectifications, new fitout and services throughout. The building was converted to a 2,100m² corporate office centre with 63 car spaces and named &#8220;23 on Ryde&#8221;.</p>
<p>Previously known as &#8220;The Graffiti Building&#8221;, 23 Ryde Road was vacant for over nine years and providing a blank canvas for graffiti artists. SBA Architects led the design of the refurbishment and incorporated elements of street art to reflect the history of the building.</p>
