The Lot 71& 72 Eastern Creek Drive project consists of a 30,000m2 site including n 18,190m2 warehouse, a two-level office, a dock office, and both recessed and on-grade dock facilities. The project is targeting a 5 Star Green Star rating with key features of a 370kW solar system, EV charging capabilities, and rainwater recycling facilities. Prime was able to deliver the project 6 weeks prior to contractual program to allow the client opportunity for earlier tenant access.
