Prime’s Lot 206 Project features a 33,000 m² warehouse with advanced temperature control and smoke hazard management systems. The project includes the world’s first prefabricated Flex-Mod (MDF) construction, two three-storey office buildings, two dock offices, two guardhouses, and two hardstands totaling 10,000 m². Construction utilized 12,000 m³ of concrete and 600 tonnes of structural steel. Ground improvement required 36,000 lm of piles due to the site’s former use as a brickworks quarry. The structure includes a steel portal frame, concrete slabs, and metal deck roof and cladding. Prime successfully adapted to client ESR’s numerous design changes, achieving timely Practical Completion.
