The Harvey Norman warehouse & office facility is the last of several developed lots by Prime Constructions at Crossroads Logistics Centre.

The warehouse slab was tailored to accommodate Harvey Norman’s Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) Racking Design, which requires precise concrete finishing to comply with industry standards for flatness and levelness tolerances. The warehouse structure connected to an existing operational building, sharing critical fire services infrastructure, created challenges with sequencing during the construction and commissioning phases of the development, but the team’s meticulous planning and execution ensured a harmonious coexistence.
