Following the successful completion of Project 3C for tenants Yusen and Greencross, Prime were engaged to deliver Project 3D as part of the Oakdale Central Industrial Estate which is located in the logistics hub of Kemps Creek and Eastern Creek in Western Sydney. The 8,000m2 industrial facility was completed for repeat client, Goodman and provides new warehousing, distribution and logistics facilities and office accommodation for tenant DSV.
