The Rose Bay Preschool works involved the construction of a new two- level preschool facility for Moriah College. The building structure consists of suspended concrete slabs bearing on steel screw piles. External walls were a combination of load bearing precast concrete and non-load bearing masonry, with aluminium windows and doors. A new playground was constructed in the rear courtyard and new concrete carparking was constructed at the front of the property. Extensive security fencing and gates were provided throughout.
