			<p style="text-align: left;">Prime Constructions have successfully completed the construction of DHL Supply Chain’s newest warehouse and distribution facility at Lot 4 of the Bringelly Road Business Hub. This temperature-controlled, pharmaceutical grade warehouse spans over 36,182m2 and comprises an internal mezzanine, cold chain facility and 19 recessed docks. There are three two-storey office structures that service the facility, each with sophisticated and contemporary design elements that complement the surrounding suburbs of Bringelly and Horningsea Park.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Located in the heart of South-West Sydney, the facility is located within close proximity of Leppington station and Carnes Hill Shopping Centre, making it accessible for staff and visitors. It is anticipated that over 200 staff will occupy the facility.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">The DHL/ESR Development has been registered for a 5 Star, Green Star Rating certificate due to a vast range of sustainable design and construction practices that were implemented throughout the delivery.</p>

			<p style="text-align: left;">Prime Constructions were engaged to construct a 43,100m2 industrial facility comprised of a 7,500m2 pallet repair warehouse, 840m2 single level office and 26,000m2 hardstand storage yard.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">The site features tiered retaining walls to the front boundary with sympathetic landscaping positioned on each tier. The front office has vertical timber blades lining the office façade with full height windows to eastern and southern elevation.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">The facility has various green star initiatives such as a 100kw solar system, solar hot water, rainwater reuse system and energy efficient LED lights.</p>

			<p style="text-align: justify;">The Coregas facility at Yennora involved the construction of an Acetylene manufacturing plant in the centre of the existing Coregas facility which remained operational during the construction works. Prime carried out the base building works for the plant and was  involved with the coordination &amp; installation of the process plant &amp; equipment.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Due to the volatile nature of acetylene there were many specific and stringent specifications for the construction of the building to ensure that a safe environment was created for the production of Acetylene.</p>

			<p style="text-align: justify;">Prime completed the construction of Toyota’s central small parts warehouse in Oakdale South in Western Sydney, the facility, which was developed by Goodman Group on the 6.4-hectare site includes 36,000m<sup>2</sup> of warehouse, 1,500m<sup>2</sup> of office accommodation and 15,000m<sup>2</sup> of concrete pavement. Primarily for Toyota’s parts storage, the facility also houses an automated conveyor system, an 8,500m<sup>2</sup> steel framed and plywood lined mezzanine and an 800m<sup>2</sup> forklift recharge room.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Under the 7,000m<sup>2</sup> awning a complex man/machine separation system has been constructed, a detail that Toyota prefers to use in such warehouse spaces.</p>

			<p>The Lurnea stages 3 and 4 project provides a 9,500m² extension to Swire’s existing cold storage facility in south western Sydney. The project consisted of 6,500m² of frozen storage space (-27ºC), 3,000m² of refrigerated annexe area, 400m<sup>2</sup> of office space, 300m<sup>2 </sup>of battery charge room, 5,000m² of external hardstand area and a further 700m² of new car parking for the complex. The steel framed building with 14m springing height includes PIR insulation panels and a concrete flooring system laid over a passive floor ventilation system. The project is built with 50% of the freezer on a suspended slab structure over a flood storage area to meet Council requirements.</p>

The 8,000m<sup>2</sup> industrial facility was completed for repeat client, Goodman and provides new warehousing, distribution and logistics facilities and office accommodation for tenant DSV.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">The façade has several key features including Kingspan and pre-cast concrete cladding with a stunning brick tile high light wall. Two large roof skylights bring natural light into the retail floor over the central stair and escalator void.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Overall the building brings style to the industrial / retail strip of Taren Point Road and its surrounds.</p>

The long narrow site, cut from sandstone required a well formulated construction methodology due the restricted access and frontage to a major arterial road.</p>
