Prime completed the construction of Toyota’s central small parts warehouse in Oakdale South in Western Sydney, the facility, which was developed by Goodman Group on the 6.4-hectare site includes 36,000m² of warehouse, 1,500m² of office accommodation and 15,000m² of concrete pavement. Primarily for Toyota’s parts storage, the facility also houses an automated conveyor system, an 8,500m² steel framed and plywood lined mezzanine and an 800m² forklift recharge room.

Under the 7,000m² awning a complex man/machine separation system has been constructed, a detail that Toyota prefers to use in such warehouse spaces.

Prime Constructions Pty Ltd, as the Principal Contractor, was engaged to carry out alterations and additions to the existing car dealership and service centre facility for Automotive Holdings Group.

The project is located within the Liverpool City Council. The site lies just north of the M5 Motorway, west of Hume Highway and it borders Boundary Road on the northern side.

The construction works were. undertaken within an operational site with area of 15,650m². The site slopes from east to west with the existing and proposed development having two distinct levels. The lower level is for service workshops (2,590m²), service receptions and workers amenities (620m²) as well as parking/car storage (3,470m²). The upper level has showrooms for three car brands, namely Holden, Nissan and Volkswagen.

This facility comprises a 4,300 m² two-storey head office for Automotive Holdings Group, a 10,000 m² parts distribution centre and a KTM motorcycle workshop. The site has parking and storage capacity for 850 cars.

The BMW Showroom and Service Centre for Trivett includes a suspended glass facade, roof top parking with a car elevator and a high level of finishes to meet BMW requirements. A separate four level service centre building provides substantial customer parking and servicing facilities.

One of several car dealership facilities completed by Prime Constructions for Automotive Holdings Group (AHG). This dealership was completed in line with Mazda’s corporate specifications comprising a multi-level facility incorporating a showroom, administration areas, service centre facilities and an 8,200m² basement car park.

The BMW showroom and service centre for Col Crawford Motors is located in Brookvale. The project consists of a two-storey showroom and 16 service bays.

Mercedes Benz North Shore is the premier North Shore Mercedes dealership. Construction was staged to allow trade to continue whilst works were completed. The project includes a full basement, servicing department and a high-quality showroom.
