The Niche project is a Design & Constructed mixed use development which included, a combination of 41 industrial and commercial units, two childcare centres, a café and multi level carpark. The long narrow site, cut from sandstone required a well formulated construction methodology due the restricted access and frontage to a major arterial road.
The project was specifically designed and constructed to suit the needs of Goodman’s tenant Rand Refrigerated Transport and included the construction of a large single freezer complex. The 24,000 pallet facility includes both chiller and freezer capability with over 2,500m2 of staging area.
