Cec Holmes
Director, Commercial Manager & Company Secretary
Cec has been continuously involved in the construction and property industry for over 30 years. He joined Prime Constructions in 1990 and he is responsible for the financial management activities of the group. Cec's astute management skills include corporate and strategic financial management, funds management, administration and corporate governance.

John Drake
Director, Estimating Manager
As Estimating Manager John is responsible for the procurement of projects for the group. Based upon his extensive experience and sound construction knowledge he is able to provide early cost planning advice and detailed estimates when projects are at conception or pre-commitment stage. His ability in the design and construction market is exceptionally strong. Combined with the diligence, enthusiasm and commitment of the estimating department Prime enjoy the reputation of being highly competitive. John joined Prime as a general foreman in 1989 and has been manager of the estimating department for more than 12 years.

Paul Christopher
Director, Construction Manager
Paul is directly responsible for the performance and delivery of all construction projects. His direct involvement with each project and close monitoring of performance, safety and quality ensures that we deliver for our clients. As Construction Manager, he is involved in the design management of our Design and Construct projects. This involves the appointment and co-ordination of key design consultants and assisting the design team in the preparation of 'construction ready' documentation. A close working relationship between the designers, building users and building owners provides a tailored and at times innovative design solutions often resulting in substantial cost and time savings.
